Ii. Purpose: For direct laser exposure machine (LD1)

Three, character: liquid state

(a) Hue: colorless before exposure and dark purple after exposure.
(b) Viscosity: 15±5PS(VT-04 viscometer)
(c) Solid content: 40±10%

Iv. Operation mode: widely used in all kinds of coater and screen printing

V. Usage:
(A) Pretreatment: chemical treatment and physical (surface grinding) treatment.
(B) Dilution: PMA addition shall not exceed 5%
(C) Film thickness: 12-16um after drying
(D) Drying conditions: 75℃ 5-15 minutes (single side coating oven)
(E) Exposure conditions: 20-40MJ, exposure scale: 6-8 (21 scale)
(F) Development: Na2CO3,1%, 0.2, 30℃,1 min, jet pressure 1.8-2.5kg/cm
(G) Ink removal: 40-60s (automatic film removal machine)

Vi. Performance:
(A) Coating hardness: 3H (pencil hardness). After exposure)
(B) Tightness: 100/100 (after exposure)
(C) Resolution: 50um

7. Packing specification: 20 kg/drum
Storage: 15-25℃, 6 months from the production date, humidity: 45%-60%

Ix. Precautions for Use:
(A) Store and keep within 15-25℃ in dark place.
(B) The lighting of the workplace should be yellow light, avoid sunlight and fluorescent chicken lamps.
(C) Inks should be used with caution. If in contact with skin, wash thoroughly with soapy water.
(D) The workplace must be kept clean, well ventilated and at room temperature 15-25℃.
(E) The ink contains solvents, the workplace should be well ventilated, room temperature should be 15-25℃.
